The impressive Levante made headlines when it debuted in 2017 as Maserati’s first-ever SUV. While the Maserati line has expanded since then, the Levante remains the largest SUV in the lineup today. As you get ready to upgrade to your next luxury SUV, your attention may turn to the capabilities and features of the latest model year. In 2023, Maserati has not altered the Levante in any way. It continues to display a robust, modern design that is notably athletic. The 2023 Levante boasts a powerful front end, a tall, swooping hood, and a low-profile, curved roof. The bar-themed, Maserati-branded grille is paired with a sharp bumper and prestigious, muscular air vents. The headlights are beautifully angled, showing off a beaming, rounded element and an upper LED light bar.
The 2023 Maserati Levante continues to come in four trims: the GT, the Modena, the Modena S, and the Trofeo. The first two Levante trims have a twin-turbo V6 gas engine that generates 345 horsepower. This is paired with an adjustable air suspension system, all-wheel drive, and eight-speed auto transmission. The Modena S has a more powerful twin-turbo V8 engine that produces 550 horsepower. The Levante Trofeo receives 590 horsepower from its 3.8-liter V8 engine.
